Workshop on Vulnerability and Digital Intimacy: Malgieri presenting a paper on Quantifying Vulnerability

On March 24th, the Law Faculty of Emory University (Atlanta, US) organised a workshop on “Vulnerability and Digital Intimacy”.

Gianclaudio Malgieri presented his new working paper, “Quantifying the Unquantifiable: Risks, Rights, and Human Vulnerability”. In addition, he also co-presented the paper “Meta-Vulnerability” with Carlotta Rigotti.

The workshop was co-organised by Professor Martha Fineman, the scholar who founded the legal concept of human vulnerability.
